Design Presentation

We will go through a ballpark estimate based on your space and project goals. Once we have a preliminary design and budget we send our fees for the design portion of the project. Already have designs? We can build them, skip to step 5!

We will present our final floor plan design and material selection. Our in house team will ensure that this vision matches up with the look and budget you are looking for.

Pre construction agreement - we will walk through with our in-house team and trusted subcontractors to bid out the cost of your project. Pre construction typically takes 2-4 weeks to gather bids and project details.

This is the best part, everything has been agreed upon and we get to start the work. The timeline varies but this is the time when you get to see your vision come to life!

Next we schedule a time to come see your space in person. We will take measurements, get more specific project goals and details and go through any considerations unique to your project.

After receiving an inquiry we setup a phone call consultation to gather the basic info and goals of your project.
